Morning Reflections on the surf

The early morning reflections of the Christmas lights on the water, do kind of look like a really beautiful sunset.

    (I believe this is one of my all-time favorite photos of yours. So beautiful.)

    The ocean to me is a source of cleansing and peace. With each wave that rushes to shore and then recedes, it seems to wash away all that is troubling or agitating in my life and replaces those feelings with peace and contentment. Standing near the ocean I can replenish and refresh myself. The ocean says to me, "Heaven."

    (I grew up in California 1/2 hour away from the ocean, and I now reside in Colorado. How I miss the ocean when I'm away!)

"If we are very still, we can hear the ocean whisper to us."

The ocean surf makes a sibilant sound, a soft hissing as the incoming tide meets the seaweed, and the rocks.
